BOOKING REQUIREMENTS Guests must provide accurate contact information when booking. Full payment or a 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Booking confirmations will be sent via email or WhatsApp. GROUP BOOKINGS Groups of 6+ may require additional notice and may be subject to special pricing. PAYMENT POLICY Booking & Deposit A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your tour or service. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. BALANCE PAYMENT The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to your scheduled tour or service. For bookings made less than 7 days before the tour, full payment is required at the time of booking. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS We accept payments via: Credit / Debit Cards PayPal Online Payment (via our website/online payment processor) Cash (for on-site payments, subject to prior arrangement) LATE OR FAILED PAYMENTS If the balance is not paid by the due date, your booking may be automatically cancelled. Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of tour cancellation by Enjoy Dominica Salt Life. Full payment refunds will only be issued according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Deposits may be applied to a new date if agreed in advance. Rescheduling within 7 days of the original tour date is not guaranteed. COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS Tours may be canceled by Enjoy Dominica Salt Life due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues.
